Costa Rica has documented the 8th windiest place in the world called Bahia Salinas, located in the Northwest corner of the country just 1 hour's drive north of the Liberia International Airport.

 Bahia Salinas has 25 mph+ wind every day all day long from November to May during the dry season in Guanacaste. Kitesurfing is a great activity for people who love water and fun sports.
