Costa Rica Excursions Travel is a tourism company based in Costa Rica created by a professional team of people from Costa Rica with more than 15 years of experience in the tourism industry. Ticos or Ticas, a reference word for Costa Rican natives, are born and raised among mountains, volcanoes, beaches, rivers and many other scenic places in this country of paradise.

Costa Rica's rich biodiversity occupies nearly 31,000 land miles. Bordering both coasts, the water area is 11 times larger in area than land, about 366,000 miles replete with ocean wildlife.

The Costa Rican ecosystems contain approximately 900 species of birds, 126 types of snakes, 1900 types of trees, 250 species of mammals, 11 different variety of forests, around 300 beaches along both coastlines, volcanoes all over the country, and is recognized as one of the privileged 8 blue zones in the world.
